EVE Energy and HyperStrong Signs for Resource Coordination

On February 7, 2025, EVE Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of EVE Energy Co., Ltd. ("EVE Energy" or "EVE"), signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Beijing HyperStrong Technology Co., Ltd. ("HyperStrong"). They agree to establish a strategic procurement partnership for cell products from 2025 to 2027, with an estimated total purchase volume of 50GWh. This partnership aims to enhance resource coordination between both sides and explore in-depth cooperation across multiple dimensions and fields.

 

This Agreement further deepens the strategic partnership founded on long-term friendly cooperation between the parties, reflecting HyperStrong's recognition for EVE's supply qualifications and product performance in energy storage batteries. With a shared vision for development, the parties have attached great importance on strategic coordination and resource integration. They aim to jointly expand into overseas markets and explore deeper cooperation in production capacity and other areas, leveraging cooperation in domestic markets to seize global opportunities and tackle future challenges.

Shu Peng, President of Operation of HyperStrong, and Liu Jianhua, Co-founder and CEO of EVE Energy, signed the Agreement on behalf of both parties. The signing ceremony was also attended by leaders including Dr. Zhang Jianhui, Chairman and CEO of HyperStrong; Qian Hao, Chief Technology Officer of HyperStrong; Dr. Liu Jincheng, Chairman of EVE Energy; and Steven Chen, Senior Vice President of EVE Energy and President of EVE Energy Storage Co., Ltd.

 

Liu Jincheng, Chairman of EVE Energy, highlighted the potential to co-establish an efficient, integrated resource-sharing platform by combining HyperStrong's resources in the energy sector and supply chain capabilities with EVE's strengths in cell and energy storage core technologies. This platform will focus on key sectors and critical links within the industrial chain, unlocking the full potential of their respective resources. He believes that this collaboration will generate significant social and economic value by facilitating the exchange of industrial resources.

 

As a new chapter for mutual cooperation, the signing of the Agreement offers strong support for joint efforts in advancing global energy transformation and low-carbon green development. In the future, the parties will build on this foundation to stimulate potential in multifaceted cooperation, forming a strong synergy to achieve energy transformation and low-carbon green development.
